LOCATION: Anne Kolb Nature Center 751 Sheridan St, Hollywood, FL 33019
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Coral Reef Conservation Program will be coordinating the first annual Research and Academic Learning Exchange on Thursday, January 26, 2017. The all-day meeting is designed for local Coral Reef researchers to share some of their data, information, and local knowledge regarding our coastal and ocean resources in southeast Florida. Presentations will include updates on some ongoing projects as well as an introduction to new research projects in the region. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session where we will attempt to determine what info we have, need, and how we might be able to get more out of the data available. The meeting is free and open to the public. If you would like more details please contact: daron.willison@dep.state.fl.us
